TD SYNNEX is making further investments to transform its sales approach and make the experience even better and more personal for all its partners. As part of that, Teresa Davis was recently appointed to the brand new role of sales enablement director, with a remit to continue and accelerate the programme of training and education that underpins the transformation programme.

It’s the first time that TD SYNNEX has had someone – aside from a board-level director – with a remit that covers all sales teams – including enterprise and SMB. This has been done to ensure that all co-workers adhere to the same standards and deliver a consistently high level of service.
Teresa brings long and deep experience of working in sales to the role. For the past eight years, she has been head of retail operations and has been with the company for 18 years in total.
