Following a period of intense development, TD SYNNEX’s E-commerce team is ready to help you to get the very best out of InTouch and everything it has to offer. The regular Friday morning webinar has now been extended, giving you more time to learn about the many efficiency-enhancing features of the e-commerce site and how it can help you deliver a better service to your customers.

There have also been a few personnel changes within the e-commerce team with Cat Ward joining as business development executive, having spent nine years performing various roles within TD SYNNEX’s sales operations team. Connor Wright has also very recently joined on a year’s graduate internship. Sophia Whiteford-Mulkern, joined as business development manager in October last year and overseeing the team is Emma Crawford, e-Commerce, partner programmes and new partner sales.
As more partners make use of InTouch for almost all of their everyday interactions with TD SYNNEX, the team is cranking up activity and engagement and is ready to help partners with any and every aspect of the site, said Emma Crawford.
‘InTouch has really advanced over the past 18 months, with a new look and feel, more Software Stores and additional time-saving tools being added, and it really is the quickest and easiest way for most partners to interact with us. You can do everything on InTouch, from searching for and ordering products, to generating a quote for Tech-as-a-Service or trade-ins, right through to managing your credit.

An InTouch training webinar takes place every Friday morning at 11.00 am, and any partner can attend. This was recently expanded from 30 to 60 minutes, giving the team time to cover all the capabilities of InTouch. You can register for the event here.
