We have formed a new partnership with MendIT and are offering the company’s nationwide services as part of our complete lifecycle management programme. You can quote customers for extended and on-site warranties and repair services provided by MendIT. More than 300 different contracts are available, covering all major hardware brands.
The partnership adds to our lifecycle services portfolio, which includes the TD SYNNEX Renew trade-in scheme, which helps to make new equipment more affordable, and Tech-as-a-Service, which gives you a way for you to offer hardware, software, and services on subscription.
MendIT’s services give you the opportunity to deliver more to customers and drive higher revenues and profits. We’ve already appointed a full-time business development executive, Rachel Baker, to support partners in identifying and winning business with MendIT.
*Also, as part of the launch plan, we are offering a free OtterBox protective case for mobile phones on selected MendIT contracts. OtterBox specialises in producing mobile device cases that are resistant to water, shock, drops and other kinds of trauma.
