Deborah Sweeney, business manager – Microsoft Modern Work at TD SYNNEX, said that there is plenty for partners to get excited about this year. ‘Training and leads are the two things that partners always want more of and over the coming year we will be giving them every opportunity to develop their skills and take their business forward.

‘We have an extensive education programme planned and that will be getting underway very soon. We are also going to do more work on lead generation, with pre-defined webinars that our experts will deliver on behalf of partners and a whole range of other activities aimed at helping them reach the next level with their Microsoft sales and consumption.’
The team will also be going out on the road to talk to partners about the many different ways they can support Microsoft CSP partners, with dates soon to be set for planned events in Manchester during October and Reading in November. They may also visit other venues with final details due to be announced soon.
With respect to partner enablement training, the Empower 365 programme for FY24 H1 is already underway. This is a comprehensive scheme designed to help partners fully adopt the Microsoft Modern Work portfolio. You can enrol at beginner or expert level, or at any of three tailored focus levels. This makes it suited to any partner, whether you are already familiar with Modern Work, or more focused on Azure or Biz Apps. It is open both to partners that are already engaged with TD SYNNEX and new partners.
Partners can also register their interest for the new Microsoft Cloud Practice Builder. This will be the latest iteration of TD SYNNEX’s methodology that supports partners in building their own Microsoft cloud practices. This involves an initial assessment after which partners are given access to specific content, workshops, events and one-to-one sessions designed to elevate their understanding and ability to execute, with the ultimate aim of growing their business. You can register your interest here.
