TD SYNNEX has formed an alliance with Jugo, giving partners access to the ISV’s innovative solution for group collaboration alongside TD SYNNEX’s operational expertise in the AWS platform and its StreamOne Ion aggregation platform for management and billing.

Jugo is built on the AWS public cloud platform – for which TD SYNNEX is a leading distributor in the UK. It offers a fully immersive ‘studio in the cloud’ experience for virtual meetings, set in a 3D environment that can be tailored to requirements. It’s a further valuable addition to the growing list of ISVs that TD SYNNEX is working with to provide access to the wider partner network, said Rachel Paterson, business manager – AWS, UK, TD SYNNEX.

The alliance with TD SYNNEX provides Jugo with much greater visibility amongst the UK partner community. TD SYNNEX already works with a number of ISV partners, such as Ultima (for Microsoft migrations) and Chorus (for managed extended detection and response (XDR) services), to bring new potential to its wider partner network. In each case, the developer partner offers a unique solution for which there is an identifiable demand, but which individual partners would find far too time-consuming and expensive to develop and deliver independently.
Jugo has been built using the AWS Chime SDK, Unreal Engine’s 3D technology, and NVIDIA Visual AI to enable the creation of customised, immersive 3D virtual spaces that resemble a lecture theatre or presentation room and enable better group engagement and interaction. Simple and accessible from anywhere, Jugo enables any participant to step into the spotlight. Fully scalable, it comes with built-in security and users receive high-quality audio and video feeds, while latency and bandwidth usage are minimised.
