There are tens of thousands of customers with legacy Cisco on-premise servers and infrastructure that are now out of their support period. This presents a tremendous opportunity for partners to migrate them to the latest plan and enable them to take full advantage of the advanced unified communications and collaboration capabilities of Cisco Webex. It’s a big opportunity and one that TD SYNNEX can help you address in full.

  • Migrate to Flex 3.0 plan to maximise retention

With remote working on the rise, there has never been a greater need for the combined calling, messaging, meetings, and contact centre capabilities of Webex. Licences for Webex are really easy for customers to access and use under the Cisco A-Flex 3.0 plan, and right now there is a massive opportunity for Cisco partners to migrate customers with expired Cisco Software Support Service (SWSS) licences to Flex 3.0.

Keep your Cisco collaboration customers close by migrating them to Flex 3.0 plan

As you may be aware, the last day to purchase perpetual licences with SWSS was 23 January 2021, and customers who did not act will no longer be covered. This is a big opportunity to upgrade those customers from perpetual licences to A-Flex 3.0.

If you are a Cisco registered partner, TD SYNNEX can provide you with details of all your SWSS contracts/licences. We can run a full installed base report for you, so you will know exactly which customers to target. All you need to do is contact us and provide a signed letter of authorisation form. We will then generate the report and help you analyse SWSS business and the potential for migrations.

Flex 3.0 removes complexity and accelerates uptake. It offers simplified quoting and ordering, and provides partners with a really competitive and compelling proposition for the customer. New aggressive pricing reduces the need for Deal Support Automation (DSA) and there is a bundled Meeting and Calling pack that provides great value to customers. Multi-year discounts are available for Enterprise Agreement (EA) and Named User (NU) offers, and it is a consistent offer for cloud, hosted, and on-premises.
