Update makes it easier to set up an account on InTouch

The TD SYNNEX e-commerce team has made it easier for new user accounts customers to request an InTouch account by providing two options on the site itself and making the whole process more streamlined.


► Faster validation and approval process now in place

► Easy online process – no need to email admin


There is an option to request a new user account on the log-in page – at TD SYNNEX

Alternatively, the Request User Account button on the top right of the menu on our web page here. Previously, new account applicants would have had to email the customer administration team to start the process.

The process applicants need to follow has also been improved, so it’s now quicker and easier for new users to get a request validated and approved. That means new applicants can start making use of InTouch to check stock availability and pricing, place orders, apply for credit and much more.
