TD SYNNEX is in the running in three distributor categories in the 2024 CRN Sales and Marketing Awards – for Best Company to Work For, Best Operations Team, and Best Partner Event. The awards recognise the achievements of individuals, teams and companies that are responsible for driving businesses forward in the UK IT channel. They focus on innovation, teamwork, evolution and development. This year, TD SYNNEX has been shortlisted in all three categories for which it entered.

The Best Company to Work For award recognises businesses that provide a great culture and working environment that keeps teams motivated and happy. It also looks at the approach taken to DE&I and ESG.
The Best Operations Team award is new for 2024 (replacing the best Warehouse Team award, which was won by TD SYNNEX last year), and will highlight the wider operations team within a channel business, what makes them special and how they make a difference to customers and the company as a whole.
The Best Partner Event award will recognise an outstanding occasion or series of events that delivered exceptional value to partners and delivered positive results. TD SYNNEX has been nominated for its HPE Lakes Tour, which visited four venues around the UK and Ireland to articulate the updated value proposition around HPE GreenLake.
The winners of the CRN Sales and Marketing Awards 2024 will be announced at a ceremony in London on Thursday 27 June.
