Servicing of Dell contracts now available from professional services team

TD SYNNEX has signed an agreement to fulfil Dell Professional Services that are sold by the vendor’s reseller partners in the UK. This will allow TD SYNNEX to provide an even greater level of partner support to ensure the exact needs of their end-user customers are met.

The partnership underlines the technical capability and credibility of TD SYNNEX’s team. It means that whenever partners sell a Dell Professional Services contract for server or storage products, TD SYNNEX has the opportunity to provide the support and service on behalf of Dell. The services on offer range from consulting to installation and deployment, hardware maintenance, and support.

To qualify for this very high-level partnership arrangement, TD SYNNEX has had to attain an extensive array of Dell technical certifications. This means that partners can be sure the TD SYNNEX team is ready to deliver to the high standards their customers expect.

Amy Brady, Dell EMC business unit director, UK and Ireland, at TD SYNNEX, said: ‘Being appointed to provide servicing on Dell servers and storage products demonstrates the expertise and high standards that the TD SYNNEX technical and professional services team is able to deliver. All the Dell contract work will be carried out on services that have been sold by partners. TD SYNNEX’s professional and technical services are available for partners to utilise and sell on to their own customers.
