TD SYNNEX has appointed Jason Boxall to the role of senior vice president, Advanced and Specialised Solutions, Europe. He succeeds Miriam Murphy who left TD SYNNEX at the end of January to join the technology services provider NTT Ltd as CEO, Europe.

Boxall, who will sit on TD SYNNEX’s European executive board, now holds overall leadership responsibility for TD SYNNEX’s advanced solutions operations and technology portfolio – which includes solutions for infrastructure, hybrid cloud, software, analytics/IoT and cybersecurity – as well as the specialised businesses Maverick AV Solutions and Datech Solutions.
A tech industry veteran, Boxall joined TD SYNNEX in 2016 as European head of the company’s Cisco business unit before advancing to the role of vice president, vendors and alliances, Europe. In this role he has led the development of the company’s advanced solutions vendor portfolio for the European region and has driven the strategic relationships with key vendor partners. Prior to joining TD SYNNEX, Boxall served for 19 years at Cisco, holding a number of senior channel-focused positions including head of European distribution.

Murphy departs TD SYNNEX after five years with the business, preceded by more than 18 years with Avnet TS prior to its acquisition by TD SYNNEX. In this time, she has held a number of senior roles including regional, operational and technology leadership positions. In addition, she recently played a key part in establishing TD SYNNEX’s diversity, equity and inclusion program in Europe.
