The service will cover all leading brands, including Canon, Epson, HP, and Xerox, and will be available for partners to re-sell as their own white-label offering.

Providing a printer break-fix service is a natural evolution for TD SYNNEX, said Alix Clements, business manager - b2b value added services. ‘TD SYNNEX is a leading distributor for leading-brand printers and MFPs and as we expand our portfolio, offering a break-fix maintenance service is a natural addition for us. The printer break-fix service is available on a nationwide basis and various options are available. It joins a growing portfolio of offerings from TD SYNNEX that includes on-site installation of printers and MFPs, power protection installation and maintenance, custom website optimisation, tailored retail merchandising, smart home device and TV installation, bill and hold, and complete third party logistics services. TD SYNNEX also has extensive trade-in services and credit and finance options.
TD SYNNEX also offers a managed print service – OpenMPS – that enables partners to provide a full-automated service for the replenishment of ink cartridges and toner for print devices that are deployed in the workplace and / or at home.
