As services become an increasingly important source of sales and profits for resellers, Mark Glasspool is planning to continue the development of TD SYNNEX’s services business in his new role as Services Director for UK and Ireland.

One of the most experienced members of TD SYNNEX’s team, Mark has been with the company for two decades, managing a whole range of teams, from Print and Supplies through to PC Component and Accessories, and Consumer products.
Mark stated: ‘I’m excited to be taking on this new role and look forward to working with all our teams to expand our services offerings. We have seen a powerful acceleration in Tech-as-a-Service and TD SYNNEX Renew in recent months and we now want to build on that. We have a very experienced and capable team in place, and we are ready to support our customers in growing their sales and profitability.’
Alongside this new responsibility, Mark will continue to lead out the Peripherals Business Unit. His appointment follows David Nelson’s move into the role of Sales Director, Trade-in Services EMEA.
