TD SYNNEX and Cisco have recorded a series of four podcasts featuring the views of subject matter experts from both companies on key areas such as making the workplace attractive to home workers, managing employee expectations, cultural issues and sustainability. The podcasts are available for partners to download and listen to now.

The four recordings in the Hybrid Work 360 series feature, amongst others, Jeff Boslem, senior director of collaboration sales at Cisco; Kevin Wragg, director for environment and quality compliance at TD SYNNEX; David Beisly, technical solutions architect for collaboration at Cisco. The partner perspective is provided by Andy Birks, founder and director of Cisco collaboration partner, Sirius Collaboration.
All the shows – each of which runs for between 15 and 20 minutes - are well worth a listen, said Joseph Kizza, business development manager for Cisco Webex at TD SYNNEX. ‘The idea of these podcasts is to stimulate thinking and debate amongst partners. To give them new ways of thinking about hybrid working solutions and how to approach customers and help them to get the balance right when it comes to hybrid work.’
The four shows cover managing employee expectations; company culture; ‘making the workplace a magnet rather than a mandate’; and hybrid work and sustainability.
