We have offered pre-delivery configuration and testing of products – available for everything from servers to smartphones – and ‘Bill and Hold’ services, providing consignment and direct shipment options, for some time. These have now been updated and refreshed to make them easier to access, quote for and utilise, both for customers and TD SYNNEX’s own teams.
Mark Glasspool, services director at TD SYNNEX says that the updates will make a big difference. ‘With the new processes we have in place, it’s now much easier and faster to quote for and to make use these services and we’re hopeful that many more of our customers will make use of them.’
The revamp is part of a longer-term investment that will see TD SYNNEX providing more services options for its partners, with the aim of supporting and helping them offer more value to customers and filling any gaps they might have in their own capabilities or resources.
