The scheme enables qualifying partners to request product demonstration units directly from Maverick AV Solutions. Jim Fitton, Head of Solutions and Services, Maverick AV Solutions, explained how it works.
‘When it comes to smart meeting room and collaboration solutions, for many if not most customers, seeing is believing. We have created the demo loan equipment programme to help our partners get access to the right equipment when they need it and without committing to investment up-front. We’re doing this to help them win more business by showing customers just how the smart meeting and collaboration solutions will deliver real and lasting benefits to their business. We understand that a successful process for bringing in new equipment and products into the loan pool is essential. Because of this, we have invested heavily in our loans management system including detailed inventory, progress tracking and reporting.
It’s important that this equipment gives the best experience for your customer, so the equipment is checked and reset after every loan and we make sure firmware is updated to the latest released by the manufacturer. The same care is applied to any accessories such as cables or microphones.’
As well as being able to loan equipment for on-site demonstrations, Maverick’s state-of-the art suite in Basingstoke is available for partners to use – in person, or for virtual demos. Maverick’s expert team will also be available to assist where appropriate.
The team can advise on the best equipment, arrange transportation (for which there may be a nominal charge), and provide pre-demo briefings and support. Functional accessories for equipment will also be provided.
