Both were created to help make scheduling and joining video meetings remarkably easy as many hybrid workers return to the office.

This is important as it addresses the ‘Goldilocks’ problem with many controller systems, which tend to either be complex, expensive, and proprietary – or consumer-oriented tablets that have been adapted to the purpose – and not designed to cope with aspects such as remote device management, security, and cable management.
Tap IP and Tap Scheduler have been designed from the ground up to provide secure, enterprise-grade performance, elegant design and compatibility – and all at an affordable price. They will work with Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, Zoom Rooms, and other popular video conferencing services.
Another recent introduction is Logitech Room Mate – an all in one docking station purpose-built for personal desktops, private office and home offices connecting a PC or laptop with one touch meeting controls and built in speakerphone in one sleek solution. Connecting all of your devices into one unit eliminates the need for extra peripherals and allows users to ‘de-clutter’ their workspaces. The built in speaker offers enterprise grade audio and for a private meeting the Logi dock can be paired with Logitech’s personal device offerings like the Zone wireless plus and Brio webcam.
Another feature includes the intelligent lighting which notifies the user when a meeting is about to start, also showing when the mic is muted and camera is on/off.
These new offerings can also be combined with Logitech Scribe, an AI-powered whiteboard camera that enables effortless sharing of whiteboards in video meetings, to provide a complete solution for the meeting or conference room, or the classroom.
