Cisco partners can now work with TD SYNNEX to automate customer upgrades and billing for Webex Calling usage and other workloads through the Webex Wholesale Billing programme. This is now being made widely available after a successful limited trial period with a small number of resellers.
► Fixed pricing for the full contract term
► Easy, streamlined process for users and partners
The major benefit of the scheme is that it gives customers the ability to upgrade their Webex Calling licenses easily, without any partner intervention. Of course, partners that sign-up for the programme can still do this for their customers as well – but either way, the process is much more streamlined and does not necessitate the raising of new orders and documentation.

Another big plus is that the agreed price for the Webex Calling plan that is already in place will be applied to new licences. This means that the customer knows exactly where they stand and has predictable costs – and that the partner also knows that this income is assured for the duration of the Webex Calling contract, which is usually three years.
Once the changes are applied the additional costs are simply added to the bill. This will happen automatically and ripple all the way through the supply chain. There is no need for any additional checking or authorisation.
Partners will still have full access to customer information, including call detail records, current subscription consumption, and billing reports.
The Webex Wholesale Billing programme has already been successfully trailed by TD SYNNEX with one Cisco partner and it’s now open for any other partner to use. To find out now to sign-up and get started, please click the button below to contact the Cisco team.
