TD SYNNEX has now signed as an elite partner for Graphcore and that gives partners access to its IPU technology which has been specifically designed for AI with the aim of supporting new breakthroughs in machine intelligence.
There are already more than 1000 users working with Graphcore technology
The unique architecture of these chips allows researchers to undertake new types of work that would not be possible using current technologies. This has huge potential in vertical markets, where the is a special need for processing technology that does things differently. There are already potential applications in areas such as medical research and diagnosis, robotics, or the development of new technologies such as autonomous cars. Around 900 developers now visit Graphcore’s Developer Portal(1) every month and there are already more than 1000 users working with Graphcore technology.
