TD SYNNEX named among the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ and Women

The company ranked 21st in the Super Large category of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ list, marking its second consecutive year of recognition. It was also ranked 11th in the Super Large category of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ list, achieving the accolade for a third year running.

The wellbeing rankings recognise organisations that enable employees to experience high levels of wellbeing through factors such as work-life balance, job satisfaction, fulfilment and financial security. The women’s rankings celebrate employers that demonstrate inclusive and equitable workplaces while supporting career progression and opportunity for all.

Jodie Carroll, vice president HR, UK and Ireland and talent acquisition Europe, TD SYNNEX, said:

“Being included on these lists once again demonstrates the ongoing commitment of TD SYNNEX UK and Ireland to supporting its co-workers. We are proud to have a diverse team with a wide range of skills, abilities, backgrounds, and experiences, and we work to ensure that every co-worker feels valued, supported, and empowered. We invest in the areas that matter most – those that enhance wellbeing, foster a sense of belonging and inclusion, and support personal and professional growth. The recognition is based on direct feedback from co-workers, making it a meaningful indicator of the lived experience across the organisation and affirms that our efforts are making a real difference, helping our co-workers to thrive and prosper.”

The recognition reflects TD SYNNEX’s focus on listening to co-worker feedback and creating a consistent experience across all teams, locations and career stages. Investment in learning and development remains a key priority, with all co-workers given access to LinkedIn Learning, tailored development opportunities and specialist programmes designed to support professional growth.

The company also continues to strengthen support for women through its Elevate business resource group, mentoring opportunities, leadership development initiatives and internal career progression pathways. Women now hold 37% of people manager roles within the business, up from 34% a year ago.

A broad range of wellbeing resources is available to co-workers, including private medical insurance, health and dental plans, discounted gym membership, mindfulness sessions, financial wellbeing guidance and confidential support through the Life Empowerment Assistance Programme (LEAP). Mental Health First Aiders, enhanced family-friendly policies and employee resource groups further support an inclusive workplace culture.

These latest accolades build on a strong year for TD SYNNEX. In April, the company was Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the fourth consecutive year and named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026. In May, it was also recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development™ 2026.
