In a world in which business decisions are increasingly made not only on the basis of hard commercial logic, but also on the credibility and commitment of an organisation to environmental and social values, the publication of TD SYNNEX’s latest Corporate Citizenship Report is a significant moment.
► Reduced emissions and reinforced commitment to operational responsibility
► Deeper community investments and placing co-workers at the centre of everything
The report showcases how TD SYNNEX, in the financial year to 30 November 2025, continued to make meaningful progress across its priorities while investing in the long-term resilience of its business and the broader technology ecosystem.

Notable achievements include the reduction of Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 52% from the FY2022 baseline, building on the progress made after TD SYNNEX achieved its 2030 science-based target (SBT) six years ahead of schedule. In 2025, TD SYNNEX began providing product-level carbon footprint data to customers through the PartnerFirst portal, helping partners to make better-informed purchasing decisions and supporting their own sustainability goals.
By joining the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), TD SYNNEX reinforced its commitment to operating responsibly, transparently, and sustainably as a global company, and reconfirmed its alignment to the UNGC’s Ten Principles. The Corporate Citizenship Report serves as its annual communication on progress against these goals.
TD SYNNEX also continued to place co-workers at the centre of its approach, refreshing corporate values and Servant Leadership commitments, and providing practical guidance on working together. Globally, TD SYNNEX co-workers contributed more than 12,000 volunteer hours in FY2025 – an increase of more than 60% on FY2024 - supporting causes and local communities. TD SYNNEX has also continued to invest in preparing its workforce for the future, launching a training platform focused on AI fluency that aims to equip teams to use these technologies responsibly and effectively.
In the report, Patrick Zammit Chief Executive Officer, TD SYNNEX, stated: ‘I am proud of the progress we made in FY2025 and grateful to our co-workers, partners and communities who make it possible. The opportunities ahead are significant, and so is our responsibility to help shape them thoughtfully. As technology continues to evolve, we will remain focused on creating meaningful impact for our partners, our people, our communities, and the planet while helping build a more sustainable, connected, and responsible IT ecosystem for the future.’
