There is no doubting the value of bringing together businesses with shared interests in developing and delivering innovative solutions in key markets or technologies – and that was underlined by the success of the TD SYNNEX ecosystems team’s latest events focusing on Innovation in Healthcare and on Cybersecurity for the Financial Services Industry.

► Partners, Customers, Innovators and IBM teams all in attendance

► New Financial Services Ecosystem being launched in November

These two completely separate events were staged within a few days of each other at IBM’s central London offices. As well as TD SYNNEX and IBM experts, speakers and delegates included ISVs and developers, specialist reseller partners, and representatives from end-user organisations.

Innovation and collaboration at the heart of Healthcare and Cybersecurity Ecosystems events

This was the third meeting in 2023 of the now well-established TD SYNNEX Healthcare Ecosystem community and focused on the NHS Clinical Entrepreneurs programme and how TD SYNNEX are supporting the latest cohort in the CEP. Presenters included Dr Zoher Kapacee who provided insight into the recent AI regulations announcement by the NHS, governing both developers and users of AI.

The Cybersecurity event had an equally busy agenda for a packed audience examining the difference between operational and cyber resilience, the impact of quantum computing on future digital protection, attack surface management and multi-cloud security.

‘Both meetings were amazingly useful and thought-provoking’, said Neil Cornish, Ecosystems Business Manager at TD SYNNEX. ‘The whole point of the programme is to bring members together on a regular basis to both share knowledge and provide an opportunity for collaboration to accelerate time to market for innovative solutions. These events provide a forum that stimulates innovation and new relationships that will, ultimately, deliver new solutions and outcomes for customers – and healthy business for our partners.’

All the presentations at both meetings were captured on video by the Disruptive Live team and will be made available to all ecosystem members. Further events covering these and other industry areas are now being planned. TD SYNNEX also has ecosystems programmes for manufacturing and for the retail and logistics sectors. A new initiative that will focus on the financial services sector is being planned for launch later this year.
