Partners can look ahead to a bumper summer of sales activity as new Copilot+ and AI-powered laptops and other devices from leading vendors – including Dell, HP and Lenovo – arrive in stock at TD SYNNEX.

► Demand expected to be high as customers upgrade to Windows 11
All the major vendors have made big announcements recently, unveiling devices that make use of Qualcomm’s new Copilot+ processors and the latest AI-powered CPUs from Intel. With the end of support on Windows 10 also fast approaching and many customers looking to upgrade to Windows 11 in the near future, extremely high levels of activity are anticipated.
Key announcements include:
- HP EliteBook Ultra AI PC – super-thin and light with up to 26 hours battery life and capable of 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS).
- Dell Latitude 7455 – a premium 14-inch device with quad speakers with AI noise reduction plus a chassis built with a combination of low emissions and recycled aluminium.
- Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x and ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 – consumer and B2B devices that both come with exceptional webcams and audio capabilities.
Many other devices will also be available with inventory arriving soon for immediate shipment (and higher-end devices available for CTO), Jay Allen, business unit manager, PC Systems, TD SYNNEX, is expecting it to be a busy summer.
‘There’s already a lot of excitement about the new AI-driven devices and we’re expecting them to trigger a big Windows 11 upgrade wave. We’ve been working with our key vendor partners to make sure that we have the right stock profile in place when that comes. At the same time, we’d advise partners to try and assess the level of interest and demand they expect from their customers at the earliest possible stage. Demand for AI laptops is going to be high and it will be sensible to place orders early.’
Copilot+ PCs are capable of delivering as much as 40+ TOPS (trillion operations per second), all–day battery life and provide access to the most advanced AI models. With the Recall feature, users can easily find and remember what they have seen on their PC and generate and refine AI images in near real-time using Cocreator. They can bridge language barriers with Live Captions, translating audio from 40+ languages into English. They are also ultra secure with the Microsoft Pluton Security processor enabled by default on all Copilot+ PCs and the built-in personalised privacy controls that come with Windows 11.
